DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
NO dumping on city streets, NO driving across lawns, NO leaving pavement, NO driving on concrete less than 1 year old, NO dumping under/near overhead wires & branches.
- Main’s is NOT responsible for unforeseen damage to Sidewalks, Driveways, Septic Fields, Sprinklers, Gutters, Overhangs, Trees Lawns, etc. If the truck does not fit or may risk causing damage, the Driver will dump in the nearest spot possible.
- Main’s is NOT responsible for overages or shortages of material. The customer is responsible for taking correct measurements and round-up 5-15% on quantities to account for material compactions.
- Main's DOES NOT guarantee specific delivery times. Please plan ahead by having your items delivered the day before you plan to install them.
- Main’s trucks DO NOT LEAVE PAVEMENT. Any requests to have a truck leave a paved area will be at the discretion of the driver and at the risk of the property owner. Damage and towing fees will be the responsibility of the property owner.
- Main’s is NOT responsible for product variations. Our materials are natural products that WILL vary from load to load. We recommend that customers buy their products from the same “batch,” Customers are always invited to our facilities to inspect or tag all materials before delivery.
**Requested Dump Location is not guaranteed and, depending on truck limitations, may be determined by the Driver at the time of delivery. **
