This heavy, brown soil is most popular for building up foundations, filling in holes & grading. Sandy Loam Topsoil has enough nutrients for general planting, but, generally it is considered to be more “construction grade.” ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: Bulk Topsoil is Brown…Not Black. As with all of our bulk soils, it has been screened to eliminate debris like rocks, roots & sticks, however, the screening process does not eliminate potential weed seeds.
